Who we are
Young Leaders Nation, established in 2019 as a successor to Save the Future Leader Organization (Est.2013), is a youth led non-profit organization that seeks to create youth driven social change by empowering and engaging young people to take social action geared towards shaping them into becoming leaders. Key in our mission is them being the leading actors in our social change initiatives with the goal of creating a youth focused social movement that enables young people as well as the greater community to inspire social change
Our causes
Young Leaders Nation develops young leaders by empowering and engaging young people to take social action guided by the below thematic areas:
Leadership Development
Young Leaders Village
Our leadership and social development issues awareness initiative that aims to raise the next pool of leaders by creating an environment that fosters creative and positive social leadership among the youth
Sports Development
Sports Bounces for Good
This initiative focuses on using sports for social good or change and makes playing sports a reality for disadvantaged young individuals
Mental health
Mind over Anything
The key focus in this programme is raising awareness on mental health by providing resources and increasing access and visibility of mental health services to young people.
Environment Management
Eco-Heart Generation
Our Environmental initiative that encompasses environmental issues and advances our push for a green world where young individuals act as catalysts to effect environmental conservation practices
Community Development Projects
Community Works
Our community outreach and development programme, which we use to break the cycle of poverty in underprivileged communities and directly impact the communities we work with guided by a holistic development model of two pillar thematic areas being Arts and Education Infrastructure Enrichment in public schools and Water and Sanitation projects in the most needed communities.
